Twice a year, maintenance of your heating and cooling system is ideal.

We will come to your home once in the Fall to prepare your HVAC unit or furnace for the heating season. We will then come again in the Spring to ensure your Air Conditioner and whole HVAC system are ready for the hot Raleigh weather.

Heating Preparations

Heating system start-up
Inspect and test all safety controls
Examine the heat exchanger for cracks, rusting, or problem areas
Perform a carbon monoxide check
Inspect and test all system transformers, relays, contactors,& controls
Measure and adjust the blower for correct airflow
Inspect, clean, and dust the ignition assembly
Inspect the flue assembly and test the flue gas drafting mechanism
Measure and adjust gas pressure
Measure heating system output
Change Air Filters if provided

Cooling Preparations

Cooling system start-up
Inspect and test all safety controls
Inspect the Air handler and all accessible Components
Inspect and clean the drain
Inspect and clean condensate drain lines
Inspect and clean the condenser coil
Inspect electrical wiring for loose connections or frayed wires
Check the amp draw on the compressor and fan
Check for proper freon levels
Test superheat & sub cooling and adjust to factory recommendations
Change Air Filters if provided

Cost of our Raleigh HVAC Maintenance Service Plan

While we will come twice a year to inspect your HVAC equipment, you will be charged only once a year. Your yearly fee will be $225 per Heating or Air Conditioning unit per year.
